I hired this company in July, 2016 to repair the ice dispenser in my refrigerator, The ice maker worked, They charged $240 which I paid. After several unsuccessful attempts they claimed I needed parts which cost $50. I told them this was high for a simple job. They agreed to charge $40. They took the dispenser to their shop for repair (?). The dispenser worked for a while and then stopped. I sent them two emails and they did not respond. I then reported them to the BBB and they did not respond to them. This company is unethical and incompetent. I caution anyone using their services.
