They have turned my wedding into a nightmare. We ordered our bridesmaid dresses 7 months early and they are still not in, one month before the wedding date. They are rude, NEVER return your phone calls and act like you are an inconvenience, not a paying customer.

Please read all of the reviews, that pretty much state the exact same thing and go with ANY other bridal boutique!

I truly don't have words for how amazing my appointment was. I brought my mom, my aunt, my sister, and my niece. Lisa, made us coffee and chatted with us about my ideas! She super enthusiastic and excited the whole appointment! I loved her positive vibe. She let me try on tons of dresses until I found the dress that filled my eyes with tears and gave everyone goosebumps! Their selection is enormous. Lisa is the most patient and wonderful consultant and we truly had so much fun! Look no more I highly recommend this place!

I recently ordered my dress from Patricia Souths. From start to finish, my day there was amazing. I truly could not have asked for a better experience.! Erin helped me and she was phenomenal!!! She ended up picking out the dress I fell in love with - she took everything I said into consideration and even cried with me when I found the one (real tears too :). My mom was so so happy and she is not the easiest to please. They had a photographer there taking pictures who was more than happy to promptly email me the proofs. All my questions and my moms questions were answered very honestly and appropriately. By the time I left, I was on cloud 9. I would recommend Patricia Souths to ANYONE! My sister will be going to prom next year and we plan on going back for her prom dress. Overall - an excellent dress shop and the biggest thanks in the world to Erin!

This place is SOO amazing! I've never been to any shop that treats me this good in my life. I didn't know I needed an appointment so I just walked in with my mom and sister. The girl at the front greeted me and I told her what we were looking for and she asked me to fill out a registration. Once I finished, my consultant Amy came up and greeted us. Super Nice! She took us on a tour and then we went in the back to have a consultation. I felt like I was on Say Yes to the Dress!! She asked me some questions about my wedding and what I was looking for. This was my first place trying on dresses so I was unsure and I told her I was just starting my search. Even though she knew I wasn't buying she was still so eager to help. She expressed to me that she was one of the most honest consultants I would meet, and it's true because brides are always so concerned with getting a salesman who is just trying to get a commission!



Anyway, she pulled some styles based off what I was looking for and gave me a great experience through everything. Amy made me feel so comfortable since it can be a little awkward getting dressed with someone you've never met before, but she was totally cool with it! Like I was shopping with one of my best friends!



There were so many beautiful gowns that it can be overwhelming but Amy really helped me narrow down a style I was looking for, which she said would help me in my search. I'm so happy she gave me a great experience even though I wasn't buying from her that day. I felt no pressure at all, which is comforting.



One of the best parts about it was even after we left! She sent me a card right away thanking me for coming in for letting her help me. It's definitely a great gesture when you're trying to figure out which store to buy an expensive dress from! My wedding isn't until January of 2013 so I'm not ready to buy but when I am, I will go to Patricia South's for sure! Amy told me they can order anything and match or possibly even beat the price, which is great! I would love to be a Patricia South Bride!! Thank you for giving me and my mom a great bridal shopping experience! I ABSOLUTELY recommend Patricia South! And if you can, work with Amy, she's the best!!

I went into Patricia's looking for a prom dress and while their selection of prom dresses was not so great, there was a dress in the window display that immediately caught my attention. I asked to try it on and woman named Deborah helped me out and was very attentive. I completely fell in love but because I previously had my mind set on another dress, I told Deborah I'd think about it and come back. The ticketed price on the dress was $319, and since this was less than the other dress, I was instantly excited. I did in fact go back, Deborah helped me once again, I had one of the seamstresses to take a look at it and give me a cost. I was ready to check out when a lady who appeared to be the manager or owner said the ticketed price was wrong and went to the back to check. This lady didn't have the decency to come back and tell me that not only had they made a mistake, but the dress was now $240 ABOVE its original price not including the $110 for alterations, instead she wrote the price on a piece of paper, and had Deborah show me it. She said there was nothing they could do, they would not match the price and left it at that. I absolutely fell in love with this dress and I had made my decision partially based on the price. I feel it should have been their responsibility to match the ticketed price since it was their mistake. This is completely disappointing and an inconvenience; I took time off work to get a dress i adored and now I'm stuck with no dress at all. I wish they had been more professional and owned up to making a mistake. I would certainly NOT go back.

I have to say that I don't know what all the bad reviews are about; Patricia South is the place to get your perfect wedding dress or prom dress. The moment you walk into the store you feel like you are at home. The charming building and comfy chairs make it an accessible place for everyone in your family to share this special moment with you. The staff is so sweet and accommodating. Patricia is a delight to work with. She will make your wedding dress dreams come true. I have three sisters and we all got our wedding dresses from Patricia South. We even got our mother of the brides dress and all of the bridesmaid’s dresses. They will make sure your dress arrives on time for your wedding. They even have a seamstress to fix your dress! Their prices are affordable and the quality of the dresses is amazing! I have been to David’s Bridal and Alfred Angelo’s, and not have been impressed at all. You are just a number in those places. Patricia South gives you one-on-one personal attention with your own bridal consultant.

I am in total shock that anyone would give Patricia South's less than five stars! This was the absolute BEST experience I had while searching for my perfect dress... first off, the wedding center was above and beyond what I expected a bridal shop to be... they carry EVERYTHING you could possibly need I'm so glad I got a tour because I had no idea they had such a huge selection... and it is really well laid out so that it is not overwhelming - there are departments within the store for each style dress. (my younger sister even went back to get her prom dress there!)



My consultant, April (also a very talented make-up artist), was so helpful and she listened to everything I said I wanted... she showed me mainly dresses that I described I was looking for and even threw in a few other styles so I could just be sure that was what I wanted. I seriously went nuts there... April helped me put together my entire wedding... she went above and beyond anything I ever imagined.



Patricia has her own line of designer dresses that are absolutely gorgeous and that was what I ended up with. The price was totally right and there were things I had never seen in other stores or even magazines.



I will absolutely tell all my girlfriends to come here when they start their wedding planning... A+

Went in to the store to rent a tuxedo for a friend's wedding and the service was first class. The suit was in great condition, the staff polite and friendly and the price was reasonable.Overall, a great experience.

They took us for a tour of the entire place before bringing us to the wedding dresses. Brought my grandma and they had her walk up the stairs to show us prom dresses. I graduated high school 10 years ago so I don't know why they brought us up there (told us bridal gowns were up there but it was just to advertise) When we finally got to the Bridal Gowns most of them were ivory. They said they could order them in white but it would take 6 months. Would have liked to have been able to try on a white dress before spending over a $1000 so we left. Wouldn't go back again. Building was unique but that was it.

visted the store a couple years ago to buy my prom dress that i absolutely fell in love with.Their prices are not so pleasant but the designs are beautiful. I plan to shop here for my wedding gown in the future.
