I have never been treated so disrespectfully by both the office person sue and the owner tom in regards to my complaints. Initially when my water heater broke we were told "we would be without hot water for the rest of the day" the following evening we called for informaton during business hours and the answer service took the msg but we never got a call back. The following day I called, got the answerin service again but did recieve a call back from A very rude office worker stating a part had been ordered and wasn't expected in until 11am the following day (fri now) aND they would be out then and hadn't I been told? Obviously not or I wouldn't have had to call. 12p fri called and again got the answering service but never was called back. Waited until tues and called the answering service twice explaining the situation who said they would immediately notify The owner. An hr after the second msg the owner was posting on his fb page about their excellent customer service and how they are here for their clients. 2 hrs after that the Manger calls and says someone will be coming and I had to have cash on hand. He came and fixed it exactly a week after they initially came out. I wanted to speak to the owner so I said I would personally pay him with a cc over the phone because I felt sure I would never speak to him any other way. A little while later the office manager called and nastily berated me for not paying on the spot and that she would not have send anyone if cash wasn't on hand. I calmly notified told her that I would happily pay on the spit once I spoke to the owner to which I was yelled at to explain why I needed him. He calls me a little while later amd immediately begins to yell at me for being unhappy about the part taking so long which was never my complaint. I wasn't allowed to get a word in until he finished when I finally got to explain that I was very unhappy that the office never answered their phone and had to be chased down only to be treated awfully to which he responded "what did you want us to call you every day with an update?!" He was just as rude and unprofessional as his Manger and treated me just as rudely if not worse than her. I used this company because my husband family who owns many rental companies uses them and has not had an issue. Once I explained everything to them they were disgusted as I was and we all intend to take our business elsewhere. Clearly they do not care about their customers or providing even decent service

Was surprised to see negative feedback because we have used Stefani Plumbing for years and they have always been so accomodating as well as provided us with excellent service.

We had a freeze up and the next day by 9:00 a. m they were at our house fixing the leak. Curtious, prompt and professional, an outstanding contractor.
