This company was referred to me about a year ago and I put the phone number in my phone. I am very glad I did that. Great customer service, quality work, reliable and knowledgable.
At 4 pm on a Monday, I discovered wet carpet in an upstairs closet. My husband could find no visible source of a leak and the air conditioner did not seem to be a problem, so we called Alpha and Omega Plumbing. Within half an hour, they were at my front door. Randy and his partner were extremely courteous and very professional. The charge was even much less than I was expecting. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them again should we ever need a plumber in the future.

I had a leak on my main water pipe. I called in the morning and was scheduled for an appointment for 2:30 the same day! They diagnosed the problem (cracked/leaking brass connector), fixed it and even readjusted the spigot so it was easier to get to. They had to break through the drywall in the garage to get to it, but they put a "door" over the hole and spray painted it the same color as the wall.
However, there were some problems, which is why I'm only giving them four stars. As I mentioned, my appointment was for 2:30. They didn't show up until nearly 6pm. They didn't call me to tell me they were going to be late...I had to call them a couple of times to get an update. According to the lady in the office, it was an unusually busy day and couldn't be helped. Normally they would charge an overtime rate for anything scheduled past 3pm, but it was waived since it was their fault.
All in all, I'm happy with the work they did and when they finally arrived, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
Thank you so very much. A coment showing our shortcomings is more important than most people understand. With me it shows where I need improvement. There was'nt a lot that could be done about being late but not calling should not have happened. Our company has won an award two years in a row for being the best at what we do. We needed some minor repairs to our bathroom. These guys came out when they said they would, explained what needed to be done, and gave us a quote that was half the cost of the quack estimates we had been given in the past. The job was finished when they said, and they didn't ask for a penny more. We were stunned when the plumber left our home. He'd actually done the job exactly as promised and everything was working great. These guys will be in our speed dial for now on.
