Elizabeth L. Blackford is a physical therapy provider in Portland, OR. Her professional interests are neurological rehab for spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, stroke, and multiple sclerosis, as well management of orthopedic injuries in those with overlaying neurological diagnoses. She was a personal trainer prior to becoming a physical therapist, and her passion is to help others find what drives them to take control of their own health and wellbeing.
