      Great place if you talk to the right person

      I had an absolutely GREAT experience when I entered this store. I had a unique gem and was given a great amount of attention and advice regarding it. I called back, a week later, spoke to JOE, who was the rudest customer service person I've ever dealt with. Sad that a great place can have employees that make you hang up because they are too busy to deal with you, when weeks earlier they were more than happy to assist you. Disappointing for sure.
