We started Toria's to offer clients in the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA areas high quality work at a reasonable price. The need for such a company in this area was great! When we opened our office, we received so many calls from people. They really needed help, but could not afford the high prices that so many companies charge for housekeeping. Many people may feel that housekeeping is a luxury; not so, most of our clients have no time to clean, or they are not physically able to clean. I cannot tell you how many times after a housekeeper from Toria's cleans for them, I get a phone call and they say:
