STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for a portable toilet and they called me the day of delivery and simply said that they would not deliver it. I had called a few times prior to delivery, including the day before, and they ensured all was well. I would understand if there were a broken truck, or some other issue, but the woman I spoke to simply told me that she didnt' want to take the toilet, and it would not be coming. Again, this was told to me on the day of delivery - the day I was expecting the toilet. If you decide to use this company, think again, and run. I don't know about their septic service, but thinking of using this company for my portable toilets was a very bad decision.

I have been having troubles with my sewer pipe and the people at Prospect Sanitation have been helping with getting my pipe cleaned without cleaning my wallet dry. The pipe looks like it will need to excavated in the near future but I don't have the money now for the cost of excavating 150 feet of pipe. They first came by and blew out the clog in the pipe right away, one week before xmas, when my family was coming to town. Two weeks since they came back and cleaned it out again, sent the camera down and found how deep in the pipe the clog was. Found a root ball more than a foot long. They're coming back with a bigger machine to try to break up the roots more to buy me some time. Both Mark and Jim are very professional and know their trade well. They put a temporary fix on the pipe right now before we got hit with cold and snow. They didn't take any money from me the second time because they didn't finish yet due to my schedule. There isn't a company in my area to do the work I need to get done, and try to stay within my pittance of a budget as they are trying to do for me. I feel very fortunate to have a company with people of that caliper and patience close to me.Thank you Jim andThank you Mark
