I bought a Jeep Liberty here in May of 2010, and the sales staff was great! Friendly, helpful, a little pushy but what can you expect? The area in which they failed was the employee in the financial department (I believe his name was Brian Boyd) was absolutely disgraceful! After signing the initial paperwork, he apparently neglected to file it and send everything to where it should have gone (for one the DMV, meaning I was driving on an expired temporary tag for nearly a month) before going of a couple weeks of vacation. To top this, I was called in to re-sign paperwork an additional three times (the last two due to Mr. Boyds mistakes) which obviously further wasted my time.
Overall, the service and sales departments did great, I just didn't appreciate being jerked around by Mr. Boyd. Hopefully his misgivings have been noticed, and he has been disciplined.
