A friend set up a delivery as he was out of oil. The driver left without delivering the oil. He didn't knock on the door or attempt to contact my friend. My friend is a veteran and works full time while going to school full time. He has a wife and 3 young children at home with no heat on the coldest weekend of the year never mind that there is a blizzard. He called and spoke to the owner and was disrespected with the f bomb dropped more than once. The owner then hung up on him. The oil company has $300 of my friends and did not offer to return it right away so he is not able to purchase oil elsewhere. I know this is true as I heard the conversation. When my friend called back a 2nd time to request his money back, He was insulted by the owner who laughed and asked "what are you poor".

BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY DUE TO THE WAY THEY TREAT HARD WORKING VETERANS.

The owner of this company answered in a rude disrespect! I called asking if my develived had arrived and he answer as well obviously youre paying cash and you should know he haven't gotten there yet ! Well I was leaving work and my boyfriend was at home and was worried if they was gonna still be able to develived aft work hours! He was sarcastic respond and he a jerk owner! He made me so up set driving home pregnant and hoping I was able to call someone else in time before I ran out of oil

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,-- I waited for an hour before I called to find out why no one from this company arrived or called, the person that answered stated he was the owner and only said, no one will come to your home tonight, when I asked is that all your going to say? he said ...yes, this company get alot of business from ABCD(city & state funded contracts) and the "owner" had no idea he was being rude and dismissive to the person that will forever block their bids as I would not want their company being dismissive to families in need- NO MORE CONTRACTS FOR BURKE OIL!!

Not only are the drivers very rude brutes, but the customer service sucks as well. Because of their bad businesss practices, they won't be getting anymore of mine.

These guys are horrible and discourteous drivers. One of them, a goofy lanky one with bad teeth who spits while he talks,threatens people at traffic lights. When I called to complain about the driver I was told I was in the wrong. These guys suck and I hope their business fails. Shop around and find the best deals. I would hate to deal with them if they had some kind of incident at my house. AVOID!
