We've gone to Mayo ever since they took over from C&D and have been satisfied with their service, recommendations and prices. Although their description indicates that they specialize in luxury cars, they take good care of our beat-up Saturn as well.

Had my golf towed there after timing belt broke, after replacing the timing belt they notified me that it had additional damage of 3800 dollars. Could not afford the additional repair amount and I asked to put the car back together. I paid for the tow and the replacement about 850 dollars. When I went there the next day the pieces of my enfine was on my front seat and they wanted additional money to put together in addition to having my spark plugs removed as they were preparing to tack on additional repair charges. Needless to say I towed the car away in pieces after I realized they were taking me for a "ride". (a used angine costs about 1500 to 2000 dollars including shipping and installation) If you choose to take your car there be very aware that they very nice till they flip you the bill.

Pete has taken good care of our cars, always making sure we're all set for vacations and winter travel conditions. They are now located in Red Bank, next to the train station.
