The word I can best use to describe my visit there is WOW! The food is absolutely amazing...delectable flavors that literally dance on your palate. Thankfully there are no heavy sauces served here, just light jus's poured tableside. Which brings me to service which is impeccably professional yet warm & knowledgeable. We started with cocktails in the trendy bar & lounge, followed by the delicious 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings, & ended the with a nightcap back in the bar which was quite lively by then. I can't wait to go back! The price fix menus are very reasonable priced, with wines available to fit every budget. Being close to the the hustle & bustle of the town of Red Bank is a definite plus, especially if you end up going to the theater as we did. All in all nothing but +++++!!!

WORTH THE TRIP! This culinary oasis is rated #1 in NJ for good reason; scrumptious food, impeccable service, amazing wines, lively bar scene & beautiful surroundings. Everyone should try Nicholas at least once - if you do you will return.
