Mike is Very Knowledgeable when it comes to washers. I had a problem with the washer shutting off after just a couple of minutes. I called another company first and they told me I needed a new circuit board. I called Mike and he was not so sure that was the problem. Come to find out it was a vacuum line that had a small hole in it. The hose had rubbed on the washer drum for some time and got a small split. All about fixing the right problem. Parts Cost 2.49 as opposed to 229.00 for the circuit board. Thank You Mike for the fast repair! will have you out anytime there is an appliance problem.
