Zaida Ferrer is a graduate of Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacin University (URBE) in Maracaibo, Venezuela where she earned a master's degree in marketing and sales management. Before joining Globe Life American Income Division (AIL), Zaida worked in a warehouse in Dallas, but she wanted an opportunity to lead. "I consider myself a successful and focused woman. AIL gave me the tools to achieve the leadership of an Organization."Not only was Zaida looking for the chance to lead, but she also desired to help others. She says, "I was enticed to join AIL for the opportunity to develop, help, and contribute to Latino families.
