We cal our paralegal assigned to our case..leave messages repeatedly with no return calls. Its been close to a year and when we actually get to speak to him, he says he will check into it and call back. Which he never does. He is always "out of the office", "on vacation", or "away from his desk". We have even tried to speak with the attorney but we get the same excuses. And also now return call. I know they have bigger "fish to fry" and our case wont make them millions. But they agreed to take the case. Just wish they would show some respect and keep us informed on our case.
