I spent a lot of Money there over more than 2000 dollars found the best wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses but when I tried to return a dress that hadn't even been worn bx one of my bridesmaid decided she wasn't going to be in it they told me bc I had paid in full and the dress had been out of the store for a few months they couldn't take it back so I lost my money for the dress and now stuck with the dress very disappointed

My mom and I were visiting in Roanoke,VA and there just happened to be a Davids bridal down the street from our hotel so I said mom lets go look. The next morning I called as soon as they opened at 10 am .So I realize it is a Saturday good luck getting in ,but I figured I would give it a shot they said no which I figured they would no spots left. I was alright maybe later in the day they would at least let me look around and try on a couple dresses. My mom and I walked in the girl at the desk said I'll be right with you. We said OK that's fine the lady asked me if I had an appt I said no but we just wanted to look around and maybe try on some if I found anything I liked. Well stop the presses right there she said yes go ahead look around but you can't try anything on BC you don't have an appt the earnest we have open is Monday and it was saturday at like 2 in the afternoon. So my mom and I we more then very upset when we were told I couldn't try anything on so I said lets go and the same thing happened to the girl and mom behind us in line. BEWARE NEVER GO THERE!!!!! GO TO HOUSE OF BRIDES ITS LITERALLY JUST DOWN THE HIGH WAY THANK GOD ON STAR FOUND THEM FOR ME SWEETEST LADY'S EVER NO PRESSURE OR BEING RUSHED WONDERFUL SHOP SWEETEST OWNER EVER GREAT SELECTION OF ALL KINDS OF BRIDAL FORMAL MOTHER OF THE BRIDE PROM AND SPECIAL OCCASION DRESS AND TUXES ALL ALTERATIONS DONE IN HOUSE AND THE GREAT THING IS BY YOUR DRESS FROM THEM AND EVERY ONE IN YOUR PARTY GETS 15% OFF THEIR DRESS OR TUXEDO. ALL IN ALL DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT DAVIDS BRIDAL LET THE VERY SWEETEST LADY'S WHO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING TAKE CARE OF YOU AND YOUR SPECIAL DAY AT HOUSE OF BRIDES..PS I FOUND MY DRESS I SAID YES TO THERE.

I actually bought my dress in Richmond but had it altered here in Roanoke where I live. I had such a GREAT and WELCOMING experience there. Everyone I worked with in alterations was absolutely wonderful. I would definately recommend this Davids Bridal to anyone!
