Completely agree with the first review....If you are just looking for what can be considered a "quick fix", then this is your place. I have never been to a medical facility as unorganized and uncaring as this. I could not believe that one patient could go to 3 different "medical professionals" in one building and all 3 write 3 different prescriptions and then blaming it on the patients family when they get messed up. If you are looking for long term care and people who are dedicated to helping people with their issues, do not go here. I advise to go out of Roanoke all together.

If you are looking for someone to simply write you a prescription after a 10 min session, then you might like this practice. But if you're looking for serious help to serious mental issues, and a staff who answers your calls immediately, or at least returns your calls promptly, avoid this place like the plague! After leaving voice messages with the front desk for over a week (because I could never contact a real person even during their regular business hours, and unsuccessfully being able to leave voice mails directly with my therapist because her mail box was always full, I never heard back from them. I need someone who cares about my mental health when I need it and not only when I'm standing there with my co-payment.
