The staff are professional and very friendly. All the Vets are compassionate; very patient they take their time - It feels more like I am bringing my children in to a pediatrician than an animal doctor that is how compassionate and caring they are. Very important is they lean towards natural medicines than pushing the chemical harsher based medications. Clinic is fully equiped with state of the art (up to date diagnostic equipment) and their fees are extremely reasonable; they carry pet insurance too! I know the difference I went to a Vet clinic in Melbourne needless to say he and his staff very INCOMPETENT and EXPENSIVE he is all about the money and not about the health of my pet who is now in poor health because I trusted him. I trust this Veterinary practice they came highly recommended by many neighbors when I moved in a couple of months ago.
