      Embrace New Life, LLC is a positive, strengths-based community counseling center for adults & teens. We specialize in marriages, parenting and adolescents. We are faith-based, psychology-informed & family-trusted! Therapy can be expensive, especially when there is no end in sight. Embrace New Life, LLC believes in short-term and solution-focused therapy with clearly defined treatment goals that can significantly improve your life in a matter of a few months. After completing an initial intake appointment, a typical treatment plan will be 16-20 therapy sessions (i.e., 4 to 5 months), although this can vary by client and couple's needs. Length of treatment will be a mutual decision between you and your therapist. When treatment goals are met, you will have a new set of tools and strategies to take into your life and relationships. We offer EXPERT MARRIAGE CARE. We help with conflict, communication, trust and affair recovery issues. We help those who feel struck in an affair but want help getting out of the affair. Paramours are not judged, but are offered confidential, compassionate care. We offer STELLAR INDIVIDUAL CARE for adults and adolescents. We help with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, inner strength and trauma healing. We offer EMDR and BrainSpotting for trauma and for those that are stuck and have not gotten relief through traditional therapy. We offer a variety of workshop series for couples and individuals throughout the year. We are also available to media and for public speaking events on the subjects of: Marriage, Affair Recovery, Spirituality & Neuroscience, the Art & Science of Relationships, Personal Transformation and Anxiety. We provide monthy 'Superbills' that you can file with your insurance using the 'Out-of-Network' option. Call the 1-800 number on the back of your healthcare provider card to get more details. All of our therapists and interns are hospital trained, are in post-graduate marriage & family studies, and are actively involved in research to improve individual, couple and adolescent wellness.
