my parents have been dealing with this company for about 20yrs. their agent/pwner andrew citarella has treated our family very well. he treats us like family. now i drive and have my insurance with spetcrum and its been great. at 1st my premiums were high because i was a new driver but mr citarella shopped my account and has reduced it 2 years in a row. his service has been the best i have ever seen.

with dealt with geico and their price was lower at first. as time went on the price increased. i felt like a number to them and it seemed once i took policy they didnt want to know me. then i had a claim and they raised my rates by over 25%. my friend deals with spetrum and she loves them. i called and they gave me a great quote and i couldnt be happier. i took my friend to dinner

they saved me over $500 and the serivice was great. what i was most impressed with is how much the agent and staff cared about me as an individual. would recommend this agency to anyone!
