They are having a great sale today. Got some shirts for $5!!! All kinds of things on sale. Line was long but went really quick!!

Sometimes you find great deals and sometimes it seems they are very limited. I liked it better when they had coupons to give you vs having to have them on your phone to be able to use.

Your typical department store. The have good deals and the have many services like photo and Sephora.

Went here in Black Friday and was pleasantly surprised at some of the finds. Good customer service and selection

It's a small center with not a lot of choices, but the service is good and bringing my son in for glasses, it's nice and easy.

This store is usually very organized and easy to find things. I love the clearance deals they have!

JCPenney has returned to a go-to store. They have a great selection of women's and men's clothes. Lots of styles and great prices. They seem a bit limited in their boys clothing, but can still find a some great deals. They also have a nice selection of jewelry, and other accessories. They are a great place to find swimming suits during the spring and summer.

Such a good variety. Big sale this weekend on men's clothes so was able to get some good deals for my hubby. Make sure to join the rewards program.

JCPenney carries clothing for everyone and home goods. Also has a hair salon and portrait studio. I can always find what I am looking for.

After sales the racks and everything are a mess. But other than that have a great selection of plus size clothing and big a tall.

I prefer the store in Citrus Heights. This one is smaller and more crowded. Parking is tougher as well.

I can always find a dress here! Found a matching shirt and tie for Matt too! Clean and good costumer service!

I have brought both kids (ages 10-15) here to purchase suits and dress clothes. We received excellent help and a salesperson that listened to what we wanted and spent the time with us to help us find it.

Although you can find a variety of items in the store, the return policy is very poor. This steers me away from shopping. Additionally, coupons are not available unless you have an account so you can find better deals elsewhere.

I have been shopping at this store for many years. Love the way they keep updating their stores to keep current with the newer trends.

JCPenney's always has a huge selection of clothes & home good and they have great sales. The staff is always friendly & helpful.

Although the staff is very friendly, it drives me nuts that their music always has a lot of static. It's like trying to listen to a radio station that has a poor frequency. I can't be in the store for very long for this reason. They've always got great sales, though.
