Vet accidentally killed our cat by putting her under anesthesia (without my permission) on a full stomach...something ALL doctors know not to do with ANY animal, including humans. He knew she had eaten recently, both because I told him and because he gave her food himself to see if she would eat. So, after getting their "oops" call, I rushed back to the clinic and he told me about it as if it's normal. To add insult to injury, he later sent a bill for $700+ and then waited 5 years to send it to an attorney (who increased the amt. to about $1100) to ruin my credit for non-payment.

We've been a customer of the Cat Clinic since 2004. Especially since Dr. Ray became the Director, our 14 year old Calico has been getting the best of care. With high blood pressure and a thyroid problem, Dr. Ray has been very attentive to the issues and has proactively treated our cat. A pet is a part of your family and you should not trust that pet to someone who doesn't care. They do! Very much!
