Aniya Fuentes provided excellent service today. She even made sure that I knew not to let my indoor cats outside today. Sometimes they do slip out the door, so I will be absolutely diligent today when going out/in the front or back door.

I am owner of the home and i am using this service from 2.5 years. For last 1.5 year i am not staying at my home and i have rented it, but continuing the Pest treatment from Aptive. Thanks for treating with patience, looking out thoroughly. My tenant mentioned that Richard Cortes did great and took care of all the items i asked for (Perimeter, Garage, basement). With this treatment my Tenant also feel happy and he will also be careful and enjoying his stay peacefully in my home. Thanks a lot. It's not just quarterly once treatment. We can schedule the treatment any number of times in a quarter.

The company's high pressure sales led to an impossible contract from which to terminate. Though the contract promised to thwart mice, our home was infested with mice during their horrific service. If it were possible to leave less than 1-star I would do so. Avoid this company like the plague. It still cost me $150 to terminate in accordance with their unethical contract; however, doing so was worth it to get as far away from this company as I could!

Aptive has done a great job managing our milipede/centipede issues... thank you Miguel Angel Aguendo and Tom Jennings for really handling this issue!! It’s finally getting better!!
