I disagree with the previous reviews. I have taken many items to this cleaner and had nothing but good experiences. The staff are genuine and they are speedy. I've taken in a white wool coat, a pink satin coat, a white silk dress w/ a red wine stain and each time I have been delighted with the results. I have also taken dress pants there to be hemmed and had not only a speedy turn-around but a great job, even on lined-pants. I would definitely recommend this cleaner for your dry-cleaning needs.
