      I rented the most beautiful limo for my wedding... (Rolls Royce) Driver supposed to come pick me up at 8.30 am on Sunday morning so I can go to surprise my Bride.

      Guess what it's 8.30 and limo is not here, 8.45 and limo is not here.

      Called limo company... No answer. Left voicemail no retuned phone call...

      They messed up what supposed to be the most beautiful day of my life!!!

      I went to pick my princes with my own car...

      About 10 am guy with limo shoed up... But I wasn't there. He spoke with my family.

      What a joke...

      Wha a joke...

      What a trash company...

      What a business???

      I can't express with words my huge disappointment.



      I will not put at risk your special day with these....Folks.

      Moe booked a service for San Francisco tour for us. We got a new black Escalade SUV. Our driver, Ishmael, was awesome. Despite calling and booking at the spot, we got a great deal. I highly recommend Empire Limousine to other YPers.

      Empire Limousine made our night aweome! We rented their Hummer limo for a transport from Sacramento to Thunder Valley Casino.



      We called Moe and rented the limo. He was very helpful in explaining the features of the limo and selected the H2 stretch for our night out. Our driver Octavius came on time, nicely dressed, and he was very courteous. The bars were stocked with ice, water, and we got a bottle complimentary champagne.



      The sound system in the limo was amazing. We blasted our beats on our I-Pod and danced our night off. End of the night, our driver Octavius (OT) was waiting outside the enterance of Thunder Valley, he opened the door for us. We were safely driven back home, I would totally recommend Empire Limousine to the customers on Yellow Pages.
