In July of 2007 I got into a head on collison that near totalled my Mazda6. Sice the car was brand new my insurance company decided to have it sent to Senator Ford's Body Shop for the repairs. That's where my horrors began.



Within a month of the me getting the car back I had to bring it in because the windows weren't working. This put up a red flag so I asked how do I know you did the repairs that was ordered by the insurance company, the body shop manager told me that I would just have to assume! Ever since I picked up my car last July there has been MAJOR issues with the car. 4 months ago I had to take my car in and have them change out the entire drive axle because it wasn't done when the car first came in for repairs. The insurance company paid them $17,000 to fix the car and the drive axle wasn't changed. That's a little odd.



Now the car has major issues with the steering wheel and suspension. the car vibrates like a jackhammer on the freeway and when I took it to get it checked out the Body Shop manager told me that because the problems aren't verifiable there's nothing he can do and that I would have to pay for a check up on the car before he can make any decisions.



I received nothing but sarcasm from him as he sat there and basically accused me of lying as if my favorite thing to do in my free time is to go get my car repaired for no reason. Rather than filing a complaint with corporate headquarters I decided to get my car checked inside and out by a different dealership and find out what the problems are before contacting the insurance company that paid Senator Ford $17,000 and reporting the Insurance Fraud that this company pulled off with my car.



Like I said. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I go there for a grinding noise problem when breaking. They give me estimate and a total price of $1500 including the parts and labor. I said ok even though i told them my budget for that problem is only up to $400 . After the job is done they said they check it and road test. But when i do the road test the problem is still there. The grinding noise is not been rectified. I told the service advisor about this and the technician do again another check. Then they said they found the problem was on the other part of the wheel. Now they want me to pay for the additional parts which is only 160$. Imagine the difference, The real problem is only cost $160 while they make more money on me for $1500. You cant even get contact with the manager (maybe they're hiding to the costumer) to tell them about their service. I was already on planning to buy a new car (mustang) on them. But im glad i found out this and their poor performance. Forget the new mustang... NOT RECOMMENDED.NOT RECOMMENDED. NOT RECOMMENDED. NOT RECOMMENDED.
