They are a one to two star taxi. Their phone number does work right now. Great to have a taxi in Saginaw, really wish their phone number worked. Maybe it is my phone. Thank you Yellow Checker Cab. I am sorry in the event you are not in business anymore. Bay City cabs are rude even on the phone. I hope they read how much I need taxis and wish they were you. Thank you Yellow Checker Cab. Very unreliable. Multiple experiences with them not showing up period. When they do show up its over an hour wait. Rude and professional.

My family and my self use this company quite frequently and we Always have a good experience. For the most part we have no complaints. But when we deal with 1 dispatcher ANDY its nothing but problems. He is extremely RUDE and very unprofessional. between never sending our cab only when we deal with him and then hanging up on us when we call w check where our cab is. I think he should have been completely removed from the company after his stint in jail.

you people that are giving this company bad reviews you guys and ladies need to quite that because they are doing there best sometimes they only got one driver at night and he is a verygood driver he knows what he is doing so please if you don't like the people on the phone call down there between 8am and 3pm . and talk to the ladie that asnwers the phone she will give you the boss and tell him what is going on with it

They don't even deserve 1 star. The guy was extremely rude and told me it would be 30-40 minutes and an hour later I call back and ask what's taking so long...he told me at least another 30 minutes and was very rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you can usually walk there faster than it takes these people to even pick you up
