Oh, turns out Dr. Horowitz knows his surgery center is out of network for everybody but he does not tell his clients until they get surprise bills. Never mind that though. We had to go to another podiatrist only to learn hyfrecation is done always without sedation. They usually only give numbing medicine in ankle. Also, surgery should have never been done in this situation. As other physicians have now said, right diagnosis but wrong treatment.
