I have never met a more cruel, rotten human being in my life than an employee at this shop. Extremely unprofessional. I can't believe that a good company would have someone like that working for them. Another man who helped us was decent so I will give one star otherwise it would be zero.

I WENT IN THINKING MY STARTER WAS BAD AND LEFT OWING ONLY 40.00 FOR A BAD CONNECTION WIRE HE WAS VERY HONEST AND FRIENDLY I WOULD RECOMEND HIM TO ANYUONE

I was out of town and had an emergency water pump repair done there. I went back about a year later (when I was passing through again) and asked why the hot water light continued to stay on, even though it was not overheating. They took a look under the hood, found out the missing connection, fixed it and said, "No charge". I am recommending them. They were very nice about it. Especially Luis.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a towing company or repair shop. they gave an accurate ETA and the driver was quick and professional. Also the repairs that were done on my car at the shop was done in a timely manner and the techs seem to know what they are doing.

I would give this company no stars if possible. The driver that picked up my vehicle was rude and furthered the feeling that tow truck companies are predatory. If you are ever in need of a tow truck do not call this company and if you are working with a police department do not let them call this company either.
