WARNING-----DO NOT deal with Cuisine Unlimited if you are not putting on the Olympics. This company brags that they have catered events for the Olympics, and believes and acts as if those are the only events that warrant their genuine time and commitment. Tables were still being set up after guests started arriving for the ceremony. Do my guests need to see the linens piled on each table, & the centerpieces on the ground at 4:45pm? Do you want to pay people $20 / hour plus 18% gratuity for work of your local bus boy? The service was piss-poor. My guests complained about how often they were cold shouldered by the staff throughout the night. I couldn't be more embarrassed. The food was COLD and unappetizing. Extra charges are being added now, for guests we didn't have, and they have had their lawyers threaten us with action because the company doesn't like the reviews we've written. Censorship is a tactic of this company. I am wishing I could do it over with a different company.
