They have the worst customer service ever! I bought my wedding dress along with 10 bridesmaid dresses from them and after that, they were super flakey and so hard to work with. I needed my wedding dress altered and they canceled my first appointment out of the blue and gave me a days notice, so I reschedule it, and show up to my alteration appointment only to find out that they changed my appointment time to a few hours after it was scheduled without telling me! 2 times in a row they mess up my alteration appointment and act like they don't care. They do NOTHING to help me except tell me I can reschedule in a few days. I have 8 month old twins. I can't keep driving 40 min to have to turn around and reschedule again. They were very rude throughout the whole thing, and would not let me talk to a manager or anything. Even when I bought so much from them. When I was buying all those dresses, they did a horrible job too. All my brides maids picked their dresses and fell in love, then I go to pay and HALF of the dresses they said they COULDN'T get actually, so they had to go pick out new dresses. I would NOT recommend wasting your time or money here.
