I called for service on my dryer at 10:00am. The owner said that there was no problem, that he would fit me in today. It's now 4:58p and guess what? He calls to tell me that he's just been too busy and is unable to do the service. Really..? You just now figured that out! I could have had someone else to the service call.
He also informs me that he/they have been in business for 30 years....and I informed him that somewhere along the line he's dropped the ball.
