My truck had broken down and I was literally about 10 blocks away from my house. I googled cheap towing in San Antonio and this company showed up as the top 3 in San Antonio. Chose this one as it said rates starting at $55 and it had ok reviews so I decided to give them a call. I was thinking that’s not too bad and it should be about $55 especially if I was just going about 2 minutes down the road. At most I was thinking it would be about $85 which I would be fine with. I had to leave to try to find the part and my dad stayed behind. Well they eventually show up and hook the truck up and tow it the couple minutes down the road. He ends up charging my dad $150!!! Not even kidding! He was like I had to pay or they keep the truck. When I get home I call the company. I told them I just had to repay my dad $150 for the tow services and I didn’t even get towed a mile. I asked if I was charged this amount by mistake. He said no that is the correct charge and with the prices of everything else so high right now you it’s standard pricing. He said you can’t even get a brisket for $80 and if you go out to eat and order an enchiladas plate somewhere it’s gonna cost you around $15 (they need to find a new mexican restaurant if you are paying that much for enchiladas). He said yes it’s around $55 if you lock your keys in the car but to get towed it’s a whole lot more right now. That just left me thinking like wow! If you had to drive across town then back for miles, ok maybe I’d understand that, but a measly mile! I honestly think the only people leaving good reviews are the friends of this owner or people who work there. DO NOT call this company and don’t get scammed out of your money like I did!!

Called was told no problem we'll be there in 30 min an hr later I called back was told they were up the street. Waited 3 hrs they never showed up and stop answering the phone. Never use this company!

Stressed out, found R&R on yellowpages, and they quickly came to help. Fast, friendly, and got me far.

First time needing towing services, and I was glad I got in touch with R&R towing. After calling around trying to find the something affordable they provided me with the best rate. Richard was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend R&R towing, they are very dependable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited for 2 hours and they never showed. Then when I tried to call back they would not answer. This is very unprofessional business. Do not use them.

Called and talked to them around 6:30, told them I needed my car to the dealer before nine, he said no problem. it would be between seven and eight. at 8:10 I still had not heard anything from the driver, I texted the main number back. no response. At 8:30 I called and no response to a phone call it was forwarded to a service., I left a message to cancel the tow. and sent a message as well. Obviously not a 24/7 operation. and poor communications. now its too late to get my car to service tonight. I needed it there tonight to get it back as soon as possible. very disappointed.

I was stranded late at night on a weekend and called around for service and prices and R&R had the most affordable prices and awesome customer service.They also called back to inform us that a driver was on the way which reassured me and knew I was taken care of.

Very fast and reliable services and good customer service we called at 3 in the morning snd they came to get us wil use them again.
