The drinks and food are AWESOME but the smell is AWFUL!!!!!.....you can not enjoy your food if the smell is making you sick. Everytime I come from Houston I want to to visit but now my husband does not want to go because of the garbage smell!!!!!

a couple of weeks ago we had lunch at Cha Chos after church. Cashier added a plate to our reciept when we went to tell her to take it off and to add something we had told her twice to add she fixed it. So we thought. When we got our tray our tacos were all screwed up. They forgot to add some tacos and failed to give us our sides. We went back to the register 4 times. On the 4th time did the manager finally say sorry. No one else had apologized for the screw ups. Its not like the resturant was packed, cause it wasnt. To make matters worse the manager said it was our fault for taking the wrong tray of food, which was handed to us from a cook. We didnt take it! This place needs a new manager and cashier training!!!

Afternoon is usually the best time to go :)

I went there 2 wks ago. I was on line for about 10 mins waiting to place my order. All that time I had my eyes on a cell phone left behind on the counter. When I reached the counter I grabbed it and gave it to the cashier. Confident that it would b turned over to the manager. Instead it was turned over to a cook who pocket the phone. And to my surprise I bumped into the idiot at santa rosa hospital the day after using the same phone. When he saw me disappeared. I called chachos to c if n e one turned the phone and by the manager I was told no. Hope u never lose n e thing there.

The best margaritas in town! Quesadillas are awesome. This is one of my favortite places to eat in San Antonio!

But alot of times at night in the drive thru line, when we get home the order is not right. Make sure you check your bags before you leave the driver thru line.

The nacho's here are delicious but don't be fooled into thinking you can finish them by yourself. The portions can feed more than one person.
