On the 13th of March, the announcer was very rude and we were treated very disrespectful when we were told to "keep it down" and the announcer said to keep the conversations to a minimum. We come as a family and have never been humiliated in this way. We are all retired professionals and spend a lot of money here.

VERY RUDE STAFF

My cousin had invited me to go play Bingo with her at Randy's over a year ago. Well, we finally made it out there on a Friday night and naturally, we took our kids (3 of them: 7 and up). We had never been there before, so we had no idea what to expect. I arrived first with my 2 children and walked around to take a look at the place. We finally went to the front counter and paid for some Bingo sheets. We then proceeded to sit at some tables immediately to the left as you walk in. I sat there so that I could see when my cousin would arrive. Everyone saw me there with my children and no one said a thing to me. My cousin finally arrived right before 7pm with her child and paid for 3 of the computers to play Bingo. Again, everyone saw her with her child and no one said a thing. After we were there for an hour and a half, a lady by the named of Beatrice, came to our table, which was in the very front where the cashiers could see us, and said that all of our children needed to be playing Bingo if we wanted to stay. There was only 1 more game left, which we didn't even get to play because she was talking to us. Our kids were being quiet due to the fact that they were all playing video games with head phones on. She was very rude to us, which was not necessary since weren't bothering anyone. And again, everyone including the staff saw us there and no one bothered to notify us that we were doing something wrong. I understand that all places have rules, but the way that they went about it was very unprofessional. Not only did we waste our money, but also wasted our time. We will not be going there to play Bingo ever again and will be sure to notify all of our friends and family about our terrible experience at Randy's Ballroom.

Think before you place your deposit. In 2007 of March I made reservations for my daughter's sweet 16 and unfortunatley I had a major crisis in my family and we had to cancel within three weeks of my reservation!
