We live in San Antonio. One minute it's hot, the next cold - during our winter months. Right now it is COLD. Our heat went out last night around 6pm. A service tech, from SA Specialties, arrived around 7:30pm and fixed our heater within 15 minutes. My wife recently had our second child, so keeping him safe and comfortable is very important to us.
