Horrible Experience

Stay away from these people, horrible experience. After the initial work they did, my house started moving again. They came out and did some warranty work, added a new pier and adjusted existing ones. Due to the house moving, the plumbing under the slab broke again after we had it fixed from the initial foundation repair. Not only the plumbing, but we have multiple other issues as well. StableLift is telling us it's not their responsibility to reimburse us for the damages their failed piers caused, and now they won't even return calls or emails.

From the first call, StableLift has been exceptional to work with! They performed 100% the work ahead of schedule of the entire process was performed exactly as explained on the estimate. We appreciated 'Rocco was our Project manager... he was positive and upbeat as he saw things through to completion! Please dont' waste time talking with another company, call StableLift if you want the job done right!

Brent and his team are great. With having a cracked foundation and a major plumbing issue I was a little stressed. Brent took the time to answer all my questions which I asked a lot of them. lol. He made me feel at ease and I was in good hands.

I read a lot of horror stories and I must say I don't have a single complaint. My yard wasn't destroyed and after doing some research their system seemed to be the best.

Would recommend.

Just finished a job with Stablelift. Though no one wants foundation issues...if I had to have them there is no other company I would choose to work with, and I got bids from several! Scott and Brent and true professionals, the type that you wish for in any contractor! The are patient, honest, responsive and answer any and all questions. Their estimate and scope of work was the only one even remotely close to matching the independent structural engineers I hired assessment and plan for repair, which tells me they know their stuff. Not only were Brent and Scott great, but their work crew was so respectful taking painstaking care to minimize any disruption to my landscaping. In fact if you didn't see them here doing the work you would not even know it had been done, well accept now you can open the doors and there are no giant cracks in the house. I was so pleased with them and would highly recommend anyone doing foundation repair make sure they get a bid from this company at a minimum!

I am soo glad that we chose Stablelift. 6 piers were needed after a leaking pipe under our house was detected. I read some horrible stories about how much damage is done to the yard and brought up the concerns with them. There was hardly any damage at all and cleanup was carefully done. Great warranty too.

We had such a wonderful experience with Stablelift repair this past month. We found out that our 1957 house slab foundation had shifted beyond the degrees of tolerance since we owned it. Unfortunately we had to repair our foundation. We received a few bids but they all recommended concrete piers which sounded like the most cost effective way to fix it without breaking the bank. But I decided to call Stablelift after reading the information on their website about their technology and superior product to the concrete piers. I spoke with Brent, the owner, and he explained their steel pier bracket, the advantages of drilling down in the bedrock (especially for San Antonio clay soils), and the technology involved. We received the estimate and it was very competitive with the pricing for the concrete pier solution. It was an easy choice for us. The foundation repair for our home was scheduled to take only one day. The team arrived and marked the areas for the piers, then they started to dig using some sort of two handled shovel and placed all dirt and rocks into trash bags so they could replace it after the foundation lift and to ensure there wasn't a mess afterwards (we absolutely loved this because we had just landscaped the entire perimeter of the house and it looked perfect and untouched after all the work). They inserted the 12 piers with a motorized system instead of having a person physically under your house. They had a scheduled lift time and the lift caused very minimal cosmetic repair to the interior sheetrock and paint, I attribute this to the technology and expertise of this team. The lead foreman, Robert, and the owner, Brent, were there throughout the day to monitor the project. I was very impressed by this whole process, the leadership, and team. I highly recommend them!

In any construction project there will be unforeseen issues come up. Just nature of the beast, and Brent and his StableLift crew put our needs first, working with us to solve them. He also went above and beyond to help us in our situation, doing things that the other companies wouldn't or couldn't do. I highly recommend them for your foundation repair, not only because of the methods they use, but also because of the static tests and the warranty.
