Booked a town car for one of my executives through their website only to find out through a phone call that their online booking doesn't even work. I'm glad I called to confirm prior otherwise my executive would have missed his flight. Our company will never book with company again. Why have an online reservation service if it doesn't work? And their customer service was lacking.

Towne Car is part of the Greater San Antonio Transportation Company, which also operates a Yellow Checker Cab service. Rather than yellow cabs, the Towne Car service maintains a fleet of more than 25 Lincoln Towne Cars for transporting more discriminating passengers. The Towne Cars are available through advanced reservations. Yellow Checker s fleet of taxis includes six-passenger vehicles, wheelchair accessible vehicles and mobile billboard space for sale. The company s drivers work on an independent contractor basis, and they accept all major credit cards.
