The worst service I've ever experienced in my life. They kept trying to trick my into giving them money for things I shouldn't have to be paying for. Unfortunately they are the only company contracted for Medicare in Marin County.
Avoid if at all possible.
Worst service ever! Unresponsive to me and my doctor!

These very nice people delivered crutches to me after hours across town for $10 delivery charge. Good crutches--adjustable lightweight metal-- and reasonably priced (around $55). I would choose them again. I wish they had a website for easier choosing from home.
The service at this place is top notch, love Galina. I would recommend A-Z over any other medical supply store
