The owner of ARCS, Klaus Herring, was aware of my mold problem,
and aware of my insurance claim.
Klaus Herring failed to take photos in a timely fashion, failed to meet with
the claims adjustor, and failed to build me a claim with my insurance company.
As a result, there is no claim and I receive no dollars back from insurance.

ARCS is NOT recommended for insurance work. I will NOT work with ARCS again.
