Judy and her team are amazing to work with! With 2 weddings in the same summer, we got all our dresses here and the staff are helpful and informative all the way! We had varying budgets for everyone, and they never treated us like budgets mattered for even a second. They found us the best dresses, answered our questions and made sure we were happy from the moment we walked in the door! Judy is really knowledgeable about what works on on all different types of women and about the different designers - and we benefitted a lot from her knowledge. Plus basic alterations were included which made it easy 1-stop shopping! Thank you!!
Go here! Judy is very sweet, as is all her staff. As a bride and bridesmaid this year I have literally been to everyshop in Santa Rosa and beyond, I got the best service here. The staff is attentive and comforting. I really love going into a place that is small, low key, and has unique dresses. I will miss Judy (and the staff) after this summer- she's like a mom to me now!
Wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. It is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. They called me fat multiple times, saying they were afraid I was going to "bust" the zipper. I'm a size 6 - hardly zipper busting worthy. I ordered it one day and they didn't bother placing it until 5 days later, resulting in my dress arriving 5 days later than I was promised. The dress is absolutely nothing like I was promised. I left the store in tears and strongly recommend you stay away from this place. Starlet may be rude, but I'd rather deal with them than these people any day.
