The front desk personnel is very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. The mechanic David Snyder went out of his way to make sure I knew my options before I made my decision and he suggested I changed my tires, I did not know they were even that bad. All that at a very reasonable price. =)

The guys live up to your name (courtesy!!) I appreciate knowing ny problems they might find by the workers in the past and the car keeps-a-going!

It was time for my 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance and I had booked an appointment at Courtesy Tire. I had been here a few times prior and always had great experiences! The staff are friendly and they actually fix your car with quality work!

Have had oil changed in my cars here for past 3 or 4 years. Best price ever and finished when promised. You are treated fairly, with "courtesy" and as if your time is important.

Had them put on two new tires, flush my transmission, adjust my brakes and change the oil yesterday. They were very courteous and fair priced. Compared to other shops in West Seattle they were much better from customer service to actual work!

I had to replace all 4 tires and after everything I was pretty shocked at the total. It was quite a bit cheaper than what I expected it to be for 4 tires plus mount and balance! Kudos to them.

I came in to rotate my tire to find that one of them was bald so I replaced it. They worked out a deal with me so I could replace both fronts and prevent uneven wear. Friendly staff and great service.

The mechanics are always friendly and helpful from scheduling my oil change to letting me know if there is something else that needs to be taken care of and explain it. They know there stuff.

I love these guys. I've had a couple of bad experiences with mechanics but these guys tell it like it is every time. If something doesn't need to be fixed they'll tell you so. I also go in there for my oil changes. They have reasonable prices and speedy service. They even fit me in on Saturday once last minute, even though I know they were already overbooked that day. I strongly recommend them for auto service and tires- they will always make it right.
