I wonder how they can stay in business. I called trying to find out airfare. She told me to look it up on the internet. Why does anyone need a travel agency any more if all they do is to simply tell me to return to the internet and nothing else???



I'm so sorry that I've even called, and now I understand why my sister refused to call this travel agency!!!!! Very unhelpful, and sounded very unhappy to have picked up my call (may be she was...).
