Dean and his team at Autotech are consummate professionals. We recently had our second car to him after my wife's second accident in the last 6 years. The first car we had to him was a Nissan Altima and most recently our Toyota Sienna. From the day the accident occurred Dean took charge and had the car at his shop the next day, we had our rental car the next day and the adjuster had been out the same day. The process is made quite simple and we have the utmost confidence that he will not take short cuts, use after market parts or do anything less than 100%. He informed us that the insurance company specified after market parts which he pressed back on and saved us the aggravation of having to do. He has been an advocate for us on both occasions and I can candidly say that whatever Dean says I go with. We got the car back just yesterday and of course it looks beautiful- just like new. Dean is knowledgeable, understanding, does high quality work, andprovides a superior level of customer service. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If something happens to a car, Dean is the first person I call.
