Worst salon in somerset, I went for waxing to be done for my full legs, full arms and under arms. The owner of the salon waxed my under arms and I told the wax was too hot, but she refused to listen and kept apply hot wax. My left arm has such a bad skin burn, and hurt me for more than 4 days, and now I have a burn scar on my skin. She was doing everything in such a hurry when they were no clients even waiting. Over all Service is horrible.
