Great food and staff. My favorite restaurant in South Elgin.

We just moved to Elgin 4 months ago, and love Japanese food, this is the only place we will go in the area!Excellent food, amazing service! Best Japanese habichi and sushi ever!

We love coming to JuRin. We drive 45 mins to eat there, even though there other sushi places closer. They always treat us like we're family and do the extra "little things" that most restaurants overlook. Having a birthday or special occasion there is a great idea because they take pains to make you feel special. They sing to you, take you're picture, give you a gift of a free dinner for your birthday next year, and serve you a wonderful dessert such as tiramisu on a decorated platter of fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, & watermelon, with a large candle on an artfully arranged platter. The show for the teppon table is always fun, and they go to extra pains to entertain the kids. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. They do a great job of hiring and training. Even new staff treats customers consistently well. Considering the large and delicious portions served and the fine quality of sushi, they are pretty affordable. Their sushi is actually less expensive, but very fresh.

We had a party of 8 which included 2 children under the age of 3. The accomadations were comfortable and enjoyable for all. All customer's appeared to have a fun time.
