I went there and the place was imacculate, clean the people were professional. Hey its an aveda salon, what do you expect, I got exactly what I expected great service and the prices arent bad either. I'll be coming back here.

Called to schedule a "girls day" for three of us ladies for manicures, pedicures, massages for each of us (9 services total). Hoping to do all it together if space permitted. Gave this info to the receptionist/phone responder (she did not identify who she was). Was put on hold. When off of hold, I was asked again what I was calling for. Gave description again of request for manicures, pedicures, massages for 3 ladies (9 services) to which this person said in a very squeaky unprofessional tone, "Huh? you want a massage?" So I repeated the whole thing again. Was put on hold again. When she came back, I was told "we don't do nails on Tuesday".



Business must be pretty good to turn away 3 manicures and 3 pedicures and 3 massages from 3 ladies who tip very well. Economy must not be that bad, after all. My impression of the salon was good when I checked their web site but not so good after talking to this receptionist. We will be giving our business to a spa that wants it and has personnel who know how to treat customers!

i have been to many salons in the past and this salon is amazing inside...it just opened at this location a couple months ago and the stylist are very nice as well
