This is for the store located on Sierra Highlands that sells only the ecig products, although I'm sure it's the same merch that the Baring store has. The coils from this place are clones and don't work/fit properly in the Nautilus or Protank 2. Have bought about 8 coils total since they opened that are bad. Went in today to see what they would do for this and all I got was a $5 refund on the 2 coils I had with me (which cost me over $7 alone just a couple days prior). The people that work there fake nice but when you try to tell them about the problems u have they turn into giant a-holes. I will never go here again and hope to spread the word of their terrible customer service and product line.

The box is awesome. Yeah there is high school kids but vaping is the hip thing to do! Biggest selection of ecigs. Great prices. Best customer service around town. They take care of every customer! If your looking to vape go to the box!!!

Im one of those highschool kids . & im sorry if things seem so "unprofessional" . But we all vape too . The open box is the closest vape store , with the best selection , & its right across from Reed high . You have to respect the fact that a majority of his business comes from us kids . Not to mention that its a vape lounge , and a skate shop too . I think most people like how laid back it is in the store .

Agree with roy.im very big into the vaping everytime I have been in the store there has been a bunch of highschool students.have bought multiple broken batteries from them and have only been able to return one. Do NOT buy any of thier displays.only thing I would go back there for is flavors and then they arent even that good of aprice.talk to the younger kids that work there because they are the only ones who even some what know what they are talking bout when it comes to ecigs.would highly reccomend 775 vapes. 30 day warrenty on batteries and let you try all there flavors before you buy them so your not stuck with some flavor you dont like.check it out

Went in today with a gift certificate. Wasn't impressed by the crowd, around 10 high school kids, smoking e-cigs inside the store; very unprofessional. Talked to Glen for about 20 minutes and left empty handed. If this store wants to be successful they need to change the way things are run.
