Very rude hostess, my family and I left 10 minutes after being seated because we still had no waiter. The restaurant was dirty loud and very unfriendly staff. The manager should be embarrassed of this restaurant!

Staff was rude and disrespectful. Recommend the nearby Azteca, Twigs, or Buffalo Wild Wings where the customer service is much more acceptable and they appreciate their customers, unlike the Red Robin.

Unsavory practices! I took my brother and his family from Homer Alaska to Red Robin as a treat to his two kids. I rarely eat at Red Robin because I find their food pretty ordinary and over-priced. The waiter initially was attentive and took our order promptly. When we got our meals I noticed that they came with few fries. Not to worry, I thought, because they offer "bottomless" fries. But the waiter came by only one time to refill waters and left quickly without asking if anyone wanted additional fries. Not a big deal, but I know my nephew wanted more. The next time we saw the waiter he came by quickly with the bill and then left. As I was signing for payment, my 12-year-old niece pointed out that she had ordered just a milkshake, but they had brought her the higher-priced "monster" milkshake. Sure enough, the bill showed that they charged us for a "monster" milkshake. After deducting the difference from the waiter's tip, I saw him on the way out and asked why he had served the "monster" milkshake without informing us. He became quite defensive and told us that he was taught to do that and that they would adjust customer bills, if requested. Upon telling him I found that practice less-than-honest, he retorted: "So much fuss for $1.50". We were taken aback by his brusque response and how oblivious he was to the real issue of honesty, not the amount overcharged. I won’t be going back to Red Robin if they train their employees to employ such unscrupulous tricks to increase their profits. Nor could I recommend them to anyone who asks.

My husband and I were sat down in the bar area and we were greeted with the waitress. She took my order for a mint shake then on her return, she asked if we were ready to order. We ordered the same thing, she left. My husband watched as other patrons received their food as they had come in after us! He asked me what time it was and we realized that we had been siiting there for 40 minutes!! I asked my husband if we should pay for our drinks and leave (my shake & his tea were drank up by this time) and he politely refused and said, 'eh, they're busy. We can qait.' I looked around and saw other patrons still getting their food then FINALLY ours arrives! She said, 'is there anything else I can get you?' I pushed my glass & the metal shake cup over to her and asked for ice water. Needless to say, I ate my burger and a few fries with nothing to drink then she comes back with our bill and asked us to give her high marks for her service. I looked at her then at my husband and she said, 'would you still be needing that water?' Are You Kidding Me???? We paid our bill and left 1.00 tip as we couldn't leave her nothing. I could've, but my husband is too nice. And we usually tip 20% of our bill! Never Ever Again will I go to Red Robin in Spokane Valley. Ever!!!

The Red Robin has great burgers and great servers!

I was a little disappointed when I first walked in. I told the hostess I wanted to make a takeout order, without even asking or checking my I.D. She told me to go to the bar and he would help me there. Well I may look 24 but I am only 19. While waiting I watched her a bit more. She was too engrossed in her conversation with another employee that she was leaving customers waiting for seats. Not super impressed with her. She made it quite obvious she didn't want to be there and I didn't think it was a great impression

Red Robin is always bustling with visitors. It is noisy but a fun place to go especially if you have kids. There are crazy decorations around the room to observe and ballons & festivities for birthdays.

The food is good and their burgers are the best!

I was already a Red Robin fan, however, this last visit just blew me away. The waitress was AMAZING. She was fast, brought out our fries right away to munch while we waited for the rest of our food, kept our glasses full and maintained her smile despite a broken plate! The food was easily the best in the area. They make the best burgers and milk shakes. If you are looking for a great family resturant, look no further!

I like your restraunt but I would put soups on your menu. Especially real vegetable soups and for the fries they are a little to heavy for my family stomachs. And for the kids menu the food is very heavy you might talk to your chef(s) about that.
