National is my primary source for rental cars using them two to three weeks per month. While rental costs are important to me I place great value on the friendliness and helpfulness of the people that I have contact with during the rental experience. From the young lady l I talked to at the counter to the gentleman who met me upon return of the vehicle - the National personnel at Spokane were great!

Was able to switch to a fabulous SUV for the lengthy rental. Counter help from Jeff was exceptional.

Always friendly at the counter and paperwork ready to go. convenient being in the airport for pick up and drop off of car. Would be a five star rating if they had counter bypass like some larger locations.

I arrived in Spokane and went directly to counter for reservation and the person was friendly and helpful. As usual National does a good job, although it was somewhat confusing when returning the car I will continue to use National in the future.
